Young Adulthood can be a fun and exciting time in life. Going to college, exploring new interests, moving out of your parents home, moving in with roommates/boyfriends, going on dates, or taking a year off to think what you want. It’s a lot to juggle. You don’t have to do this alone. Reach out for help.

We will learn different coping skills, communication strategies, stress management techniques that best fit your unique personal style. Together we will work on helping you feel confident and strong to navigate the challenges of this phase of life.
