Where do sessions take place?
I currently offer tele health appointments only. You can take your appointment from the comfort of your home, during your lunch break or some other place of your choice. Therapy needs to be confidential, so finding a confidential and safe place to take your appointment is crucial.
Does Telehealth actually work?
Recent research confirms that telehealth therapy is just as effective as in-person sessions. Clients report similar outcomes, whether on a screen or a couch. The convenience is unmatched—no commute, no waiting rooms, no need to arrange childcare. People can log in from the comfort of home, making care more accessible and less disruptive to daily life. For many, telehealth means therapy that finally fits their schedule—and still gets results.
What are your fees?
Diagnostic evaluation is $220
50-minute therapy sessions are $170
How do I know you are the right therapist for me?
Please feel free to call for an initial 20-minute consultation. You can tell me a little bit about yourself and ask me questions you may have. I will be more than happy to answer your questions and help you decide if I am the right therapist for you.
Do you accept insurance?
I accept OHP and Out-Of-Network.
If I don’t take your insurance, I am happy to provide you with a monthly Superbill which you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement based on your Out-Of-Network benefits.
Please check with your Insurance first as I can't guarantee reimbursement. Clients are responsible for paying the fee at time services are rendered.
What if I need to cancel a session?
If you need to cancel a session, 24 hours advance notice is required.
Late Cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) and No-Shows are at a reduced fee of $80.
