  • Initial Phone calls are quick 15-20 minutes calls to make sure we are a good fit, answer some questions you might have and schedule an Intake Appointment.

  • Diagnostic Evaluations are when you 1st come in and are usually 60-minutes long. They are longer and more pricey as they involve a lot more data gathering and documentation. Together, we will discuss your presenting problem, your current situation and create a treatment plan and goals that fits your needs.

  • Follow-up appointments are 50-minutes regular appointments. Client can choose to schedule them weekly or bi-weekly. Clients can choose a flexible schedule or a regular day and time.

  • I am currently In-Network with Kaiser Permanence, Aetna, Carelon Behavioral Health, CareFirst BSBC, Quest Behavioral Health.

    I’m also in the process of credentialing with other insurances. Feel free to send me an email if you have any questions.

  • Sliding Scale spots available through Open Path Collective.

  • We’ll start by schedule an Initial Assessment. This is a 60-minutes session where we’ll talk about your present concerns, family history, goals and preferences. I’ll ask lots of questions.

    After that, we will schedule 45-minutes follow up appointments. Depending on your preference, 1 x week or 1 x 2 weeks. You’ll bring the topic and together we will work towards reaching your goals.

  • Yes! Online therapy or telehealth has become increasingly popular, specially after the pandemic. It is as effective as in-person therapy and it has the benefit of conveniency and flexibility. You can take your appointment from your home, during lunch break or wherever you are, as long as you are located in Oregon.

  • Yes. I currently offer Therapy services via secure Telehealth to Fairfax Residents and all Virginia Residents.
